These are extraordinary M&Ms for two reasons.
For one thing, sildenafil they are red and battleship gray – a color I have never seen in M&Ms.
For another, and Mars imprinted them with “Panda” – in honor of the thoroughly excellent movie that my wife just finished producing.
Dreamworks has just begun to warm up. In addition to the bus shelters, movie marquees, TV airtime, city buses, billboards, web ads and trailers, the studio’s mighty marketing machine is cranking out candy, plastic swords, stuffed toys, clothing, beach towels, action figures, jigsaw puzzles, pillows, chewing gum and virtually every other ephemeral tchotchke you can imagine, emblazoned with characters and designs for the movie.
We watched it for the first time tonight at the wrap party screening – my first time, my wife’s several-hundredth, if you consider the fact that she reviewed multiple passes on every single shot during the 2.5-year production.
I’m immensely proud of her. She brought hundreds of artists, engineers, developers and team leads, together on deadline and within budget. And Kung Fu Panda is a gorgeous, funny, exciting piece of work.
